Diagnose
Ten working days · a fixed price agreed before work starts
The engagement starts with a ten-day diagnostic. We map the work that falls between your teams and your systems, and cost the fix.
You get a written plan you can act on with Plaith, with someone else, or by yourself. There is no obligation at the end of the ten days. Half the value of the diagnostic is the clarity on what not to do.
Build
Designed and built with your team
We design and build the system with your people, inside the week your business already runs. The system is fitted to the ERPs, banks, inboxes and shared drives you already use.
The library of systems Plaith maintains is the heavy lifting. Build is what shapes a library system to your specific structure, data sources and operational cadence, so the AI inside it does real work from day one.
Hand over
Documented · trained · yours when we leave
The system goes live with your people trained on it. Runbooks, change procedures and escalation paths are written in plain English, not vendor jargon.
The code, the configuration, the data model and the keys are yours at delivery. If Plaith disappeared the morning after go-live, your team could keep the system running. We never run the systems we build.

Every engagement has a scope and a price before it starts. No time-and-materials. The figure is agreed in writing with you before work begins.
Read-only data access during the diagnostic
The diagnostic needs sample exports, not production system access. Where Build requires access, it is scoped, time-boxed and logged. You see what Plaith sees.
Operational judgement stays with your team
Plaith works on workflow and systems. Accounting, tax, audit and the day-to-day calls stay with your finance and operations teams. The AI inside the system runs under your rules, with your people checking it.
One accountable team
The team you meet at the first call is the same team at the executive read-out. No handoff to a delivery crew the buyer hasn't met, no account layer between you and the people doing the work.
